Areas of Care

at The Practice

My dual training in both infant/early childhood and adult mental health results in a practice that can support individuals and families over the trajectory of development. In addition to supporting little ones, parents, and adults, I have a subspecialty in supporting individuals and families navigating medical complexities. See below for the various areas of care at The Practice.

Birth-5

Little ones have feelings too! From navigating sleep, managing tough behaviors, navigating separation anxiety, preparing for siblings, working on attachment, to even transitioning into preschool-consider The Practice as a home-base to support you and your little one(s) from birth through age five.

Adult Services

In addition to parental support, The Practice offers adult mental health services as well! Areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, grief support, identity, intimacy/attachment, and PTSD.

Medical Complextieis

Over the years, through my work inside the hospital, I’ve developed a subspecialty in supporting individuals and families navigating medical complexities. The Practice would be honored to partner with you and your family throughout your medical journey. Common areas of support include NICU/PICU support, adjustment to diagnosis, medical PTSD, impact of medical complexity on family dynamics, and grief support.
